I Specialize in Helping Athletes Recover From Injury/Surgery & Get Back To Playing Their Sport, Exercising, & Enjoying Life

Don't settle for generic physical therapy!

It's your body, health, & performance on the line

Specialized Sports Injury Treatments

I'm one of the less than 1% of physical therapists who are recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy.  This means if you’re an athlete or active person, there is no one more QUALIFIED to give you the care you need.

Individualized, Comprehensive Assessment

You'll receive a personalized, comprehensive evaluation that aims to identify the root cause of your pain/injury and not just treat the symptoms – getting you back to playing as FAST and SAFELY as possible while also giving you the long-term relief you are looking for.

A Different Healthcare Experience

Just like you, I'm sick of the cold, impersonal way that the medical world treats people.  And that's why I will NEVER make you feel this way.  I have an open and honest relationship with my clients and truly enjoy our time together.  I will give you more one-on-one time than any other doctor you've seen before and you can contact me at any time with any questions or concerns you have.

Youth Sports Injury Specialist

Providing parents of injured children peace of mind by helping them make smart choices about treatment that won’t waste their time, money, or energy.  I have two young kids of my own so I can 100% relate to the desire to provide your son/daughter with the absolute best.

Injuries I Commonly Treat

When it comes to rehabbing athletes, it's impossible to be an expert in one particular body part without being an expert in the others.  Athletic activities require your entire body to work as a whole, so sports therapists must have expertise in all body parts.  For that reason, I successfully treat a variety or injuries/conditions.

  •  Shoulder Pain (rotator cuff/labrum issues, pitching injuries, shoulder sprains, etc)
  • Knee Pain (sprains, tendinitis, etc)
  • Elbow Pain
  • Back Pain
  • Neck Pain
  • Muscle Strains (calf, hamstring, groin, etc)
  • Ankle Sprains / Pain
  • Achilles Tendinitis
  • Hip Pain
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Post-Surgical Rehab

Those are just some of the injuries I commonly treat.  If you don't see your specific injury listed, just reach out to me and I'll let you know if I can help you.

A Personal Message From Me:

"Whether you play sports competitively or you’re a “weekend warrior” or you simply enjoy an active lifestyle and you’re FRUSTRATED by an injury that just won’t seem to go away or looking to recover from surgery, then you are looking in the right place for help.

I understand how being injured stops you from taking part in something that is very important to you and gives you a lot of enjoyment….and helps keep you healthy.  Unfortunately, many doctors don’t understand that and simply tell you to stop doing the activities you love to do and just “rest.”

Now I don’t know about you, but “just rest” drives me crazy and is really bad advice for sports injuries.  The reason is because sports injuries are complex injuries that never heal properly if left alone.  And time is of the essence, especially for competitive athletes, because they need to get back to playing ASAP.

And despite how long you have had this problem and how many medical professionals you did (or did not) see, please know that what you’ve got is unlikely to be something that I haven’t seen before in my 11 years of practice in the sports medicine field.  And it’s very likely that I have a solution to help you get you back to being active, exercising, and/or playing sports again….usually within a short period of time.

And if you’ve already tried physical therapy, let me distance myself from all the other physical therapists out there, and that most definitely includes the ones in the typical physical therapy “mills,” because my advice and treatments are nothing like what they can give you.  And that’s simply because I’m a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy – something less than 1% of therapists in the US can say they are – and have over 11 years of clinical experience in the sports medicine field helping people recover from minor strains/sprains all the way up to complex surgical cases.

So whether you pulled a hamstring playing soccer, hurt your low back golfing, sprained your ankle, or any other sports injury, I have seen people just like you before and helped them to quickly recover.

I will use all my experience, knowledge, and manual skills to tell you what is the root cause of your problem and how to get you back to being active, playing sports, etc.  I’ll also tell you how you can be exercising in the meantime so that you don’t lose your current fitness level, worry about becoming unhealthy, and so on.  Everything I do is geared towards getting you active again (and not just out of pain) – as fast & safely as possible.

If you’re not at that point where you want to take the next step and you’re just looking for some helpful advice, then I recommend reading this SPECIAL REPORT I wrote:
