A Personal Message From Me:
If you enjoy CrossFit, that means you like being fit and active and enjoy pushing yourself with a great group of people. It also means that you’ll probably get banged up from time to time and try to push through some aches & pains.
And I completely understand that sometimes you want someone to check out your aches & pains but you’re reluctant to see a doctor because they don’t really know what CrossFit is all about and, unfortunately, probably look down upon it. And I get that you don’t think it would be worth your time and money to see them - only to hear them say stop working out and take some medication. That wouldn’t be worth my time or money either!
Well, I want you to know that I see a lot of good in the CrossFit community, understand the ins & outs of it, and truly enjoy working with CrossFit athletes. So there is someone out there in the medical world who understands you and can help you figure out the solution to your aches & pains that are limiting your workouts.
My expertise in sports injuries and rehab is perfectly suited to help you out....way better than the generic run-of-the-mill rehab you'll likely get at other clinics.
You shouldn’t need to take a bunch of painkillers just to get through your workouts. And I also don’t want you to believe/hope that your pain will just go away with time…because it probably won’t.

When it comes to working with CrossFit athletes, it's impossible to be an expert in one particular body part without being an expert in the others. CrossFit workouts require your entire body to work as a whole, so sports therapists must have expertise in all body parts. For that reason, I successfully treat a variety or injuries/conditions.
